I know, I just wanted to use the words...pig sty, or stye, as it's also spelled. Felt pretty good I might add!
You should have seen my old pad in SF...what a nightmare. With 9 people living in the same apartment, what we saved in rent, we payed for in grime.
One night I was brushing my teeth, and noticed what looked like pencil shavings in a puddle of light-brown liquid. But upon closer inspection, I realized the pencil shavings were moving. Turns out, they were freshly hatched mosquito larvae swimming in their own birthing fluid!
That's what happens when slobs don't wipe off a bathroom counter and stagnant water builds up. We almost had a festering malarial swamp in there until I dumped bleach all over those suckers and wiped that counter clean.
ps - Just wanted to add, for anyone thinking, "That's what happens when 9 guys live in the same apartment." More than half of those roommates were girls! |
